Registered Nurse (RN) / LPN - Med Surg & Urgent Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a growing healthcare team in Great Bend, KS. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in an outpatient/urgent care and medical-surgical setting with a supportive team and strong benefits.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent / Direct Hire
• Location: Great Bend, KS
• Setting: Urgent Care / Outpatient & Medical-Surgical
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
• Shift: Days & Nights
• Self-Scheduling: Available, with flexibility required
• Weekend: Every-other weekend
• Holiday: Every-other holiday
• On-Call: Minimal
• Pay: $28–$37/hr, based on experience
• Shift Differentials: Additional night & weekend differentials
• OT: Available
• Relocation Assistance: May be available

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care within scope of practice
• Perform patient assessments and triage
• Administer medications and treatments
• May float to other units within scope of practice

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in Kansas or Compact
• Nursing degree/education appropriate for licensure
• BLS required
• ACLS and PALS may be obtained after hire
• Urgent Care, Outpatient, Ambulatory or Med Surg experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

New graduates may be considered for RN positions. The team is looking for professional, driven and compassionate nurses and is willing to train the right candidate.
