Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a growing medical device company dedicated to developing innovative biologic products that support the body's natural healing process. This organization specializes in advanced solutions that help repair and regenerate tissue, improving outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the medical device industry while contributing to products that make a meaningful impact on patient care. The role is initially a 6-month contract, with strong potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage a shared customer service inbox on a daily basis.
- Review incoming customer orders, organize documentation, and assign order numbers.
- Accurately enter order information into the company's ERP system.
- Retrieve product information and coordinate order fulfillment through shipping systems.
- Review and validate all order entries for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Prepare and package orders, including generating and applying shipping labels.
- Process customer-submitted usage forms and support billing-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, regarding order transfers, updates, and billing adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, administrative support, or light accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with QAD or another ERP system.
- Prior experience processing orders, invoices, or customer documentation.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, healthcare, medical device, or distribution environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
