Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We need someone who is able to stay up overnight with my mom, whose health is declining. She will be sleeping most of the night, but may need assistance standing to walk to the rest room, someone to follow her in the hallway in case she is unsteady, and bring her medicine/water as needed. Schedule flexible as far as which nights are needed.
