Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a sitter to come to our home and care for 2 children in Mineral VA. We need someone who can provide structured developmental play/activities indoors and take the kids to explore and play outside in the backyard as well. We would prefer a nanny who has reliable transportation, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. My work schedule is not yet determined but I need someone part time. It would be one weekday per week from 8-4:30, and I would pay $200 per shift. Ideally our sitter would also be able to provide care for weekly, biweekly or monthly date nights (4 hours, $100) .
