Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My great aunt is 102 and lives in her own home. She needs someone to come in 2 or 3 times a week for 2 to 3 hours a day to meal prep, clean, keep company, etc. It would be great if we could find someone who could grocery shop, maybe take her to doctor appointments as well. I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. We ask that you handle transportation as needed.
