Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Part-time nanny needed for 2. 5-year-old daughter. We are flexible on days/times, but looking for about 12-20 hours a week. I (mom) work from home and grandma watches daughter so looking to introduce a nanny for enrichment and a break for my mom. My daughter loves all things girly - dress up, dolls, Disney princesses, etc. She is incredibly smart, funny, and caring and is wise beyond her years.
