Babysitter Needed

My wife and I have twin boys who are about 4 months old. Most days we have help from family members but sometimes we need an extra person to help watch, feed, or play with the boys. It would be very unlikely for the nanny/babysitter to be completely by themselves (there would typically be at least one other person in the house or on the property). We need help on a recurring basis but are hoping to have relationships with a few sitters so we have a better chance of getting people to cover days where our relatives are not available on short notice. The boys do not have any special needs and are generally pretty happy guys!
