Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

I travel on occasion for work and am looking for someone who can take care of my 1-year-old overnight while I am away. It is typically 1-2 nights once or twice a month. I would also like someone who can watch him on occasion as needed on weekends/evenings. I am hoping to find someone who will establish a relationship with my baby so he will be comfortable with them and someone I can rely on to help me with him and I will be confident he is well taken care of while I am away.
