Housekeeper Needed

We have wood laminated floors and a special needs dog that would make the floors needing a little more than a mop each time and an autistic teenager daughter who unfortunately isn't fully potty trained. It's part of autism. Her room is a daily cleaning so it would need a good scrubbing every time you come. Laundry would be nice but because of everything else it would be ok if it wasn't done. Floors and tidying up is the most important.
