Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Full-Time (40-hrs per week), Days, Evenings

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

\n

Education Preferred: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program

\n

Experience Preferred: One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic

\n

New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training

\n\n
