Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week + Weekend Rotations
Pay: $72/Hour on W2
EMR: Epic

- Active Montana RN License \n
- AHA BLS/BCLS \n
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience \n
- Must have Utilization Review experience \n
- Acute-care hospital Case Management experience preferred \n
- BSN preferred \n
- \n
- Develop and coordinate individualized patient care plans \n
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams \n
- Monitor patient progress and identify barriers to care \n
- Assist with discharge planning \n
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments \n
- Coordinate patient services and promote continuity of care \n
- Monitor and document care plans, interventions, and outcomes \n
