Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in a stand-alone Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) setting with no inpatient admissions \n
- Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across a broad range of acuity levels \n
- Collaborate with on-staff RNs and Paramedics to deliver safe, efficient emergency care \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner electronic health records \n
- Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements as needed to support department operations \n

- Active RN license with a minimum of 3–5 years of Emergency Room nursing experience \n
- Prior travel nursing experience required \n
- BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued and active at time of submission, or confirmed scheduled class prior to start) \n
- ACLS certification required (must be AHA-issued and active at time of submission, or confirmed scheduled class prior to start) \n
- PALS certification required (must be AHA-issued and active at time of submission, or confirmed scheduled class prior to start) \n
- TNCC certification required \n
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records \n

- Experience working in a Rural Emergency Hospital or similar stand-alone emergency department setting \n
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced emergency environments \n
