Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed NICU serving infants ranging from 23 to 40+ weeks gestation \n
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3 in accordance with unit staffing guidelines \n
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment including ventilators, oscillators, and Vapotherm devices \n
- Perform and assist with unit procedures including intubations, eye exams, feeding tube insertions, and IV insertions \n
- Document patient care using Centricity Perinatal and Meditech EMR systems \n
- Float to Level II NICU and Newborn Nursery as needed; fulfill weekend rotation of 3–4 weekends per month \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience \n
- Demonstrated ventilator experience \n
- Experience caring for infants at 23–40+ weeks gestation \n
- Current CPR certification \n
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification \n
- \n
- Experience with oscillator ventilation \n
- Familiarity with CPN charting \n
- \n
- Work in a well-staffed, collaborative NICU environment with a supportive team culture that values positive, team-oriented professionals \n
- Gain hands-on experience with a diverse neonatal patient population and advanced respiratory equipment in an active clinical setting \n
