Express Healthcare Staffing Illinois is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Twin Falls, Idaho.

\n Requied experience: Admissions, existing, recertifications.
\n MUST have some home health experience, prefer post grad home health
\n Must have 1 year post grad PT experience
\n First time travelers okay
\n Must have Ortho experience
\n Duties: In home therapy, Admissions, existing patients, recertifications (few Assisted Living patients)
\n Limited oxygen requirements
\n no mileage re-imbursement and up to 60 miles east and west
\n How many patients do they see per day? 4-6, can start shift from home do not need to stop in an office
\n 50 mile radius both east and west, about 60 miles north up to Sun Valley and about 40 miles south to the ID/NV boarder.
\n NO weekends
\n NO holidays

\nThe Express Healthcare team can place clinical staff in local contract
\nopportunities that range from four- to 26-weeks. Our contract positions may
