- 40 hours guaranteed weekly \n
- 5x8’s Days \n
- Start 9/7 13 week assignment and will renew \n
- Locals Welcome: $65/hr $98/hr OT (80 mile RR) \n
- 2 years of LTC/SNF CN or DON exp needed \n
- BLS Cert needed \n
- Will possibly need to work the floor to cover shifts when need be \n

$51 hr taxed + $1246 non taxed = $3286/wk
\n$78 OT rate
