Hops 44 is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our back-of-house team for the upcoming school year. We are seeking team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and take pride in delivering great food and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Setting up, stocking, and maintaining kitchen stations
• Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assisting with food prep, receiving deliveries, and putting away inventory
• Keeping all kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Assisting with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties
• Working efficiently during busy service periods while supporting fellow team members

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with urgency
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail
• Food service experience is preferred but not required
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 16 years or older
• Able to work in an environment with high temperatures
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Available to work: weekends

• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Manager Certification
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Allergens Certification
