We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents at Hallmark's ---- Fayette Nursing and Rehab Center.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and care teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Maryland for 1 year.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
