Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs and goals of our residents

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness

• Design and lead occupational therapy activities and exercises to improve fine motor skills, balance, and mobility

• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on occupational therapy techniques and strategies

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Experience: Minimum of 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Certifications: Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan; certification in occupational therapy is preferred
