Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced LPN/RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team, working 7pm-7am shifts. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervising licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to licensed and unlicensed staff, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
• Supervise patient care activities, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to established policies and procedures
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Assist with staff development and training, promoting professional growth and competency
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Local/Compact State - RN/LPN License
• Minimum two years of experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
