Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Ashtabula, OH. You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide SLP evaluations
• Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
• Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• OH licensed SLP
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
