Concrete Carpenter / Form Carpenter

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Carpenter to join our team. This position is responsible for building and setting forms for concrete construction and** making sure everything is properly measured, aligned, and ready for the concrete pour**.

• Build and install forms for footings, walls, columns, slabs, and elevated decks.

• Read blueprints and construction drawings to determine measurements and layouts.

• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and plywood using hand and power tools.

• Set up and remove scaffolding and temporary structures when needed.

• Make sure forms are properly aligned, braced, and ready for concrete.

• Remove forms after the concrete has cured and prepare materials for reuse.

• Keep the work area clean and safe.

• Work with other crew members, equipment operators, and finishers to keep the job moving efficiently.

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial concrete carpentry experience preferred.

• Experience with Symons, Peri, or custom-built formwork systems.

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and form layouts.

• Experience using carpentry hand and power tools.

• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety.

• Ability to work well with a crew and follow instructions.
