Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Carpenter to join our team. This position is responsible for building and setting forms for concrete construction and** making sure everything is properly measured, aligned, and ready for the concrete pour**.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and install forms for footings, walls, columns, slabs, and elevated decks.
Read blueprints and construction drawings to determine measurements and layouts.
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and plywood using hand and power tools.
Set up and remove scaffolding and temporary structures when needed.
Make sure forms are properly aligned, braced, and ready for concrete.
Remove forms after the concrete has cured and prepare materials for reuse.
Keep the work area clean and safe.
Work with other crew members, equipment operators, and finishers to keep the job moving efficiently.
2+ years of commercial or industrial concrete carpentry experience preferred.
Experience with Symons, Peri, or custom-built formwork systems.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and form layouts.
Experience using carpentry hand and power tools.
Good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety.
Ability to work well with a crew and follow instructions.
