Job Summary:

Nursing Assistant / CNA responsible for providing basic nursing and restorative care under the supervision of LPNs and RNs.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, hydration, and other activities of daily living.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning, range of motion, and mobility.
Follow resident care plans and maintain accurate communication with licensed nursing staff.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and maintain resident safety.
Follow infection control procedures and protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
Provide compassionate care while respecting residents' individual needs and beliefs.

Requirements:

1+ years of current experience – Required
Willingness to float – Required
Previous travel experience – Highly preferred
Rural/small facility experience – Highly preferred
Current BLS (AHA) certification
Active New Hampshire license at submission; compact license accepted
Resume, skills checklist, references, BLS documentation, and license verification required
COVID vaccination series required; exemptions/declinations are not accepted
No more than 5 days of RTO; all requested time off must be submitted with the profile
Must be willing to work the Labor Day holiday and preceding weekend if scheduled
Travelers residing within 50 miles of the assignment are not eligible.
