You’re the kind of craftsperson who notices every reveal line, measures twice, and leaves a site cleaner than you found it. As a Residential Renovation Finish & Framing Carpenter, you’ll put your skills to work on residential and light commercial remodels across the Lewis-Clark Valley and the Palouse.

Role Snapshot

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $25–$35/hr DOE
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Primary Locations: Lewiston, ID and Pullman, WA

A Day in the Life

Start your morning reviewing plans and confirming material measurements. Move into framing, laying out walls, and setting windows plumb and square. By midday, you may be hanging doors, running trim, or setting cabinets. In the afternoon, you could be setting tile or installing flooring, checking tolerances, and collaborating with the site lead and other trades to keep the project on schedule—all while maintaining a safe, tidy workspace.

What You’ll Handle

• Frame, measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for rough and finish phases
• Hang doors, install drywall, set windows, and align them to spec
• Install flooring and tile with an eye for layout and durability
• Fit and fasten doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and related components
• Read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Meet quality benchmarks and adhere to site safety standards
• Coordinate tasks with other trades and follow supervisor direction
• Keep the jobsite orderly, safe, and organized

What You Bring

• 2+ years of carpentry experience (residential or commercial)
• Proficiency with carpentry methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read construction documents and follow specs
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
