Home Health Aide Needed

We are seeking someone initially one day per week (around 4 hours) as we begin introducing extra support to my in-laws. Initially this would be a trial arrangment with the potential to grow over time with the right fit! The primary need is to have support and companionship when family members need to step away. They are living as independently as possible, so the role will be technically more of a "housekeeper" or "household assistant" than caregiver. We're hoping for someone who is tactful and can be there for assistance or support, but who can stay busy in the household and avoid hovering. They have a large dog, so comfort with animals is a must. Bonus points for horse experience.
