Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Companionship. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Overnight hours can be discussed but we are hoping for at least 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. but a 12 hour shift would be preferred (8-8 ish). If we hire for an 8 hour shift we will hire 1 person for Monday - Friday. For 12 hour shifts it will be split between 2 people. She sleeps mostly overnight but we want someone to help make sure she requests her pain pill from the nursing staff regularly and to help adjust her when she gets sore in bed overnight.
