Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: I need someone to prep meals for the week. My husband is in his 80s. I have a business in my home and I need help. My husband helps some but he is in pain a lot. I think one day a week for about 5 hours would help me a lot. Mostly just baking muffins for me to freeze and peeping some meals for the week would help me so much.
