Babysitter Needed for my Children

Hi, we are looking for a very empathetic, patient and attentive caregiver for our 18-month-old girl. She is shy, so we would appreciate someone that is easy to warm up to. Our typical day to day is pretty different, but we will explain the every day routine things to the right person. We do allow around 30 min- 1 hr screen time a day. We would like someone that is knowledgeable in development activities to allow her to learn as well. She loves to play in water and to be outside. We usually take morning walks, so that would be great if that could stay the same.
