Night Audit (Part-Time)

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Night Auditor for a respected hospitality employer in the Baxter, Minnesota area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service. This is a part-time, year-round position with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.

The schedule is Sunday and Monday nights from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Pay Range- (D.O.E) $17-$21 per hour (weekly pay while working with Penmac)

To be successful in this Night Auditor role, candidates should have:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working overnight hours
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Ability to learn and use property management software
• Willingness to submit to any pre-employment screening requirements

Night Auditor ResponsibilitiesAs a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations. Duties include:

• Reviewing front desk records for accuracy
• Balancing cash bags and preparing them for the next business day
• Posting room charges, taxes, and guest transactions to accounts
• Running end-of-day procedures within the property management system
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Providing professional and friendly customer service throughout the shift
