Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Setting: 80% Outpatient / 20% Inpatient
Locations: Grangeville & Kooskia, Idaho
Shift: Day – 4x10s, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Weekend: Rotating, less than 1 weekend/month
Contract: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide PT evaluations and treatments in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Treat general orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Work with post-surgical, workers’ compensation, and trauma patients.
• Treat patients across all age groups.
• Provide mobility, rehabilitation, and functional training.
• May provide wound care if appropriately certified.
• Work independently in a rural clinic environment.
• Manage approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient caseload.

Requirements:

• 2 years of PT experience required.
• Valid Idaho PT license required at submission.
• 2 years of specialty experience/reference history required.
• Outpatient PT experience preferred.
• Ability to work both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages.
• Rural/independent practice experience is a plus.
• Wound care certification is a plus, but not required.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Rotating weekends, less than once per month
