Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) Technician position in Everett, Washington. This role involves supporting interventional radiology procedures in a Level II Trauma Center, with opportunities to work in a dynamic environment utilizing advanced imaging modalities and performing a variety of complex interventions.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiography (R), Washington State License, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IR/Angio/Special Procedures.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with C-Arm imaging, biopsies, and ablations such as kyphoplasty.
  • Certifications: ACLS*, ARRT R, ARRT VI*, BLS, State License (Washington).
  • Environment: Support a busy Level II Trauma Center with a total of 571 beds across two campuses.
  • Unit Details: Located in the operating room with 3 single-plane IR rooms, 1 biplane, and 1 hybrid room, plus radiology and CT procedures.
  • Procedures Performed: Cerebral angiography including intervention, stroke intervention, angiography of all body parts except the heart, Y90, chemoembolization, cryoablation, venography, biopsies, venous access, gastrostomy, and drains.
  • Additional Information: Travelers expected to float within similar units if needed. Must be willing to work 5 days per week, including holidays, and adhere to the specified schedule.
