Home Health Physical Therapist
Setting: Home Health
Requirements: MA PT license, AHA BLS, valid driver’s license, own vehicle, home health certification, and OASIS proficiency
Experience: 2+ years acute care/hospital-based care and home care experience required
Preferred: Acute care experience and commute within 45 minutes of Pittsfield office
Role: Provides direct physical therapy services and collaborates on patient care plans
Skills: Independent home health visits, patient assessment, treatment planning, rehab equipment, splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment, and modalities
