6-Month Contract | Full-Time | Days

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a leading pediatric care team on a 6-month travel assignment in Boston, MA. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple pediatric settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS), providing specialized feeding and swallowing services to children.

Schedule
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Day shift
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with feeding, swallowing, and communication disorders.
  • Provide care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Perform and interpret pediatric swallowing assessments, including Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely.
  • Adapt to varying patient care needs and clinical environments.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • 3+ years of pediatric feeding and swallowing experience.
  • Independent with completion of pediatric swallowing evaluations.
  • Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology License.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Current CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NICU experience.
  • Pediatric inpatient floor experience.
  • Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience.
  • Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent pediatric patients.
  • Outpatient clinical feeding evaluation experience.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR.
  • FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing) Competency.
