🌟 Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Assignment

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Locations:

• Grangeville, ID – Primary Clinic
• Kooskia, ID – approximately 25 miles from Grangeville

Shift: Days | 4×10 hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks

📋 Required Experience & Qualifications

• 2+ years of PT experience – REQUIRED
• 2+ years of experience in the specialty being submitted – REQUIRED for references
• Valid state PT license required/preferred at submission
• Travel experience is not specifically required
• Comfortable working in both outpatient and inpatient settings

• Must be flexible to work across both clinic locations

   

🏥 Position Details

• Approximately 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient
• 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday schedule
• 8-hour or 10-hour workdays available
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Rotating weekends less than once per month
• May work at both Grangeville and Kooskia clinics

🩺 Patient Population

Patients of all ages, including:

• General degenerative conditions
• Post-surgical patients
• Workers' compensation cases
• Trauma
• General rural-clinic rehabilitation
• Wound care if appropriately certified

📑 Submission Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Valid state PT license
• RTO must be provided at submission
• References covering 2 years in the submitted specialty
• Candidate must have been away from the facility for at least 1 year to return as a traveler
