Refrigeration Maintenance Supervisor (First Shift)

Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate. **Job Purpose and Impact** The Refrigeration Maintenance Supervisor (First Shift) will supervise a team which operates an industrial ammonia refrigeration system, steam boiler system, and various other utilities. You will also execute a variety of medium complex activities in alignment with production needs to maintain and repair this equipment. **Key Accountabilities** + Coordinate the execution of asset integrity and operator training involved with a high hazard process. Work closely with PSM. + Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards. + Assist with leading contractor projects including budgeting and managing safety process during project implementation. + Responsible for managing maintenance and repair projects for your team including parts ordering, budgeting, and implementation. + You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees. + Other duties as assigned \#LI-Onsite/#LI-JG2 **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in a related field + One year of directly related work experience in Maintenance or Ammonia Refrigeration Preferred Qualifications + Knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration, PSM, and Steam Boilers + Experience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results + One year of supervisory experience Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link (https://career2.successfactors.eu/sfcareer/jobreqcareer?jobId=331366&company=cargill&locale=en\_US) to create a login to apply.
