Shift Manager (Mfg Operations) Day Shift

onsemi is seeking a Shift Manager in our East Fishkill, Hopewell Junction site. The Shift Manager is the single‑point owner of factory performance for an assigned shift in the East Fishkill 300mm Wafer Fab. This role is accountable for delivering safe, stable, and cost‑effective manufacturing results through decisive leadership, rigorous enforcement of standards, and end‑to‑end ownership of operational outcomes. Unlike traditional supervisory roles, the Shift Manager is expected to define problems, make decisions, mobilize resources, and drive issues to resolution, not simply identify and escalate them. Success in this role requires strong judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to lead effectively through complexity while balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost in real time. Each shift under this role’s leadership is expected to leave the factory in a measurably stronger operating position, with improved stability, reduced risk, and clear ownership of any remaining issues. **D2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday 6:30 AM-7:00 PM** **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
