**Team Overview:**
+ Deliver channel intelligence and distribution insights to support client coverage strategic priorities.
+ Own recurring and ad hoc management reporting for client coverage, including standard channel reporting, dynamic self-service dashboards, and firmwide reporting inputs.
+ Own client fee oversight and channel economics, including review and approval of non-standard fee requests (discounts, MFNs, revenue shares, waivers) and ongoing monitoring, escalating issues and trends as needed.
+ Prepare coverage materials for internal forums (business reviews, town halls, leadership updates) and partner with Client Coverage, Finance, Client Data Strategy, Sales Enablement and other teams to ensure data is accurate and consistent across all reporting.
+ Develop and administer competitive compensation frameworks aligned with firm economics
+ Build flows/RRR budgets and forecasts globally by channel
+ Conduct financial and strategic analysis to develop fact-based insights and recommendations for distribution strategy, drawing on internal and external industry data.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver business metrics and insights through reports, and interactive dashboards to develop and execute on client coverage strategic priorities.
+ Effectively interact with Client Coverage, Client Data Strategy, Sales Enablement, and other teams around the Firm to understand the business needs.
+ Work with large structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external data sources to incorporate into analytical tools and dashboards.
+ Define and enforce visualization and reporting standards across the team.
+ Manage the Business Intelligence (BI)/analytical tools lifecycle, including delivery, training, user adoption and retiring old artifacts.
+ Partner with the Client Data & AI Enablement Lead and colleagues across the firm to ensure dashboards are built on clean, governed data by converting business requirements into SQL datasets.
+ Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover patterns and insights into complex data sets.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Analytics or related field of study.
+ 6-8+ years’ hands-on experience in building BI and analytics tools within Financial Services / Asset Management.
+ Strong analytical and technical skills; must be proficient in SQL, Python and Tableau or comparable tools; experience with Alteryx, R and utilizing statistical modules and machine learning algorithms would be helpful.
+ Ability to deliver meaningful visualizations from complex data sets that are understandable by various levels within the firm.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to explain technical ideas to business users.
+ Attention to detail and business acumen essential.
+ Team player with strong work ethic and focus on meeting deadlines & objectives.
+ Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking.
+ Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in office.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
