Custodial Services Worker - Bolles School - Custodial - Now Hiring

Location: Boiles School, [City, State] | Compensation: $16.00/hour 

Aramark is hiring a Custodial Services Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy school environment. In this role, you will perform daily cleaning and custodial duties throughout classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. This is a hands-on position ideal for dependable candidates who take pride in their work and can work independently while following safety procedures. You will use custodial equipment, cleaning supplies, and sanitation tools to meet school and client cleanliness standards. The position requires regular walking, standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the facility during the workday. Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeping attendant, environmental services worker, or cleaner is helpful but not required. 

?    Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, entrances, and common areas according to established standards. 
?    Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and disinfect assigned areas. 
?    Collect, transport, and properly dispose of trash and recycling materials. 
?    Maintain and clean custodial equipment and tools after use. 
?    Follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. 
?    Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance issues through work order processes. 
?    Help secure the building by locking and unlocking designated areas as required. 
?    Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
?    Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing assigned duties. 
?    Support a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. 

Required
?    Ability to perform physical work including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. 
?    Ability to safely use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and custodial tools. 
?    Ability to follow safety procedures and site-specific cleaning standards. 
?    Reliable attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
?    Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
?    Ability to work in a school setting around students, staff, and visitors.
Preferred
?    Previous experience in custodial services, janitorial services, housekeeping, environmental services, or commercial cleaning. 
?    Experience using floor care equipment such as vacuums, auto scrubbers, buffers, or extractors.
?    Experience working in schools, healthcare, commercial facilities, or public buildings.
