Your Role as a General Dentist

Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Provide preventive, restorative, and other general dentistry procedures within your experience and interests Build long-term relationships through patient education and personalized care Collaborate with dentists and specialists on multidisciplinary cases Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and patient experience 

What You’ll Bring

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active Vermont dental license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Collaborative, growth-minded approach to dentistry
