Pallet Builder/Shipping Associate

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay: $20.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-8:30 AM

We are seeking a reliable Pallet Builder/Shipping Associate to join a growing warehouse team in Colorado Springs. This position is responsible for building and organizing pallet loads for shipment, ensuring products are stacked safely, accurately, and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Build and prepare palletized orders according to shipping requirements
• Stack, arrange, and secure products for safe transport
• Verify product counts and order accuracy
• Wrap, label, and stage completed pallets for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Previous warehouse, order selecting, palletizing, or shipping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work the full overnight schedule
