Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $25.00 hourly

Shift: Monday-Friday (7:00AM-3:30PM) with possible overtime

What's the Job?

• Perform repairs and improvements to the facility, including painting, plumbing, electrical, ceiling tiles, flooring, and drywall.
• Maintain and repair equipment such as compressors, HVAC systems, and reverse osmosis water systems.
• Process wastewater, balance PH levels, and assist with waste-water control systems.
• Organize and clean chemical storage areas, stock parts, and maintain inventory records.
• Assist with safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out, confined space training, and equipment permits.

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems up to 480V.
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints and follow instructions.
• Experience with using cutting equipment such as oxy/acetylene torches.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform preventive maintenance.
• Willingness to work at heights and wear proper safety gear at all times.
