What You’ll DoCoordinate timely MDS assessments and ARDs
Complete CAAs and care plan items
Ensure documentation supports accurate MDS coding
Participate in Medicare utilization management
Required: LPN or RN licensure + EMR proficiency
Preferred: Long‑term care experience, RAI/MDS background, PCC experience
