What You'll Do

• Deliver and oversee quality nursing care for residents

• Collaborate closely with CNAs, nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

• Support and mentor fellow team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes

• Follow individualized care plans and maintain regulatory compliance

• Help foster a positive, resident-centered team culture

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current RN license in the state of employment

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher

• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
