About the Role:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team! As a RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents and patients. Your strong leadership skills and nursing expertise will enable you to effectively supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, while also coordinating patient care and developing plans of care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care for residents and patients

• Coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, treatments, and therapies

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care is being provided

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
