About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care transitions

• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• BSN degree or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
