We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee all maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations within our facility. This is a key role where your expertise and leadership will directly impact the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in hands-on maintenance
Skilled in managing and organizing maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services
SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience is required
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong leadership skills
