Admissions Coordinator - Skilled Nursing Facility

Join a growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation team near Bronx, NY as an Admissions Coordinator! We’re looking for a motivated, organized professional who enjoys working with referral partners and helping make the admissions process seamless from start to finish.

Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 DOE

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate incoming referrals and admissions

• Communicate with hospitals, case managers, families, and referral sources

• Assist with insurance verification and authorizations

• Ensure admissions paperwork is accurate and complete

• Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams

• Help support census growth and strong referral relationships

What You Bring

• Skilled nursing experience required

• Previous admissions, intake, or healthcare experience preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
