Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team. This is an opportunity for a passionate leader to create a positive workplace culture, support an exceptional team, and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Leadership Responsibilities
· Provide overall leadership and direction for daily facility operations.

· Foster a positive, team-focused culture that supports staff and residents.

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

· Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness.

· Partner with department leaders to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.

Qualifications

· Current Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license required.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.

· Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

· Long-term care leadership experience preferred.
