About the Role:

As a Social Services Assistant at Pearl Pointe, you will:

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging

• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene, while promoting independence and autonomy

• Coordinate and facilitate activities, outings, and social events to enhance the quality of life for our residents

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide daily reporting and documentation of resident needs and concerns

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in the social services or healthcare industry (training and orientation provided)
