Renaissance Rehabilitation Nursing Care Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in Staatsburg, NY, is proud to provide exceptional care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Our spacious, renovated 2-unit facility is backed by a supportive leadership team dedicated to empowering and supporting our direct care staff.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents!

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide supervisory leadership for your assigned unit
• Review and maintain accurate resident records
• Monitor overall resident care to ensure the highest standard of quality
• Address questions or concerns from residents and families
• Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with the care team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for resident care and teamwork
