Solon Pointe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department and create an exceptional dining experience for our residents. If you're passionate about leadership, food service, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the dietary team

• Oversee daily kitchen and dining operations

• Ensure meals are prepared and served according to resident dietary needs

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and food safety regulations

• Manage food ordering, inventory, scheduling, and department budgets

• Partner with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to provide outstanding resident care

• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Previous Dietary Manager or food service leadership experience required

• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
